More customer satisfaction with the new customer portal app
TopCC is one of the best-known chains in the Swiss wholesale industry and stands for high-quality products and first-class customer service. As part of the expansion of the digital customer experience and environmentally friendly digital invoice management, we developed the new customer portal app for TopCC. The app was developed as a progressive web app and therefore offers numerous advantages such as use in the browser and via app from the App Store and Play Store.
App UX/UI-Design
The app itself has been developed with a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation to ensure that customers can easily use the app. It also offers many features that make shopping at TopCC even easier and more convenient. One important feature is the ability to manage invoices digitally. Customers can view and manage their invoices anytime, anywhere without having to carry physical receipts. This saves time and effort and ensures that customers have an overview of their expenses at all times. The environment is also pleased with the innovative step of fully digitizing the invoice process, eliminating the need to issue a physical receipt in the store itself at the customer's request.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to retrieve the sales evaluation online. Customers can view and monitor their purchase history and expenses. This helps enormously to carry out a much faster analysis of expenditure and to keep a better eye on costs. This enables customers to make better purchasing decisions - an active contribution to cost and purchasing optimization. In addition, the app includes a digital customer card, which makes it possible to shop in the TopCC store without a physical card. Since sensitive customer data is involved, we developed the app with a high level of security and a modern account system to ensure that all customer data is safe and secure.
